Less than ten days after the autumn feasts, the joyful dedication of the temples to God continued. On October 16, there was a dedication service for the Dobong Church in Seoul, together with the Third-day service.

Mother, who attended the service, gave thanks to Father for granting the temple full of God’s grace, and thanked the members for their efforts until the construction of the temple was completed. She prayed that the temple would be filled with the members who would bear much good fruit that Zion shines the light on local society with Mother’s salvation and love pleases God, and blessed all the members to bear abundant fruit, asking them “to prepare the oil of faith enough to enter the kingdom of heaven and to overcome the temporary pain on this earth with the joy and hope for the kingdom of heaven.”

In his sermon, General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol emphasized that the church should be the light of the world, saying, “The only way to dismiss darkness is to shine the light.” Satan endeavors to hide the existence of God the Mother, but the Bible clearly testifies that man and woman were created in the male image of God [Father] and in the female image of God [Mother] who called Themselves, “us” (Ge 1:26-27). Pastor Kim Joo-cheol said, “Just as apostles 2,000 years ago preached Jesus Christ—the Savior in the age of the Son, and shone the light of truth, we are to eliminate darkness of the world by preaching the Savior in the age of the Holy Spirit—the Spirit and the Bride (Rev 22:17), that is, Heavenly Father and Mother, to Samaria and to the ends of the earth.”

The Dobong Church is located in the residential area on the outskirts of Seoul; people are good-hearted, which is uncommon in big cities. The fivestory temple looks tidy, bright and warm.

From the start of the construction of the temple, the members were very considerate of the residents living near the temple so that they would not feel inconvenienced. They listened to their neighbors’ difficulties and were the first to help them. It is said that this moved the residents so they welcomed the new temple of the Church of God in their region with great pleasure. The seniors of the town, whom the members used to meet and greet, walking in alleys, were glad and said, “The building of the Church of God is so clean and bright, and the members greet every one of us first. They even clean our town and the whole area has become bright.”

The members gave thanks to Heavenly Father and Mother for all the blessings, and said with a firm resolution, “We will boast about God our Father and God our Mother, whom we are proud of far more than the church building or our good deeds. We will deliver Heavenly Father and Mother’s love, so that we will shine the light of Jerusalem’s glory throughout Dobong Borough, the whole nation, and the whole world as well.”
