Dedication services continue in step with the prophecies of the Bible. In Gil-dong, whose name originates from the meaning, “Auspicious place which is good for living without natural disaster,” Gangdong-gu, Seoul, a new church was built and dedicated to God at last. The long-cherished wish of the members in Gangdong-gu finally came true. To commemorate this, on March 19th, the dedication service was held along with the Third-day service in the Gangdong Church in Seoul.

The total floor area of the building with one story underground and four stories above ground is about 24,800 ft2, and the main worship hall has 600 seats. The exterior of the building is magnificent and godly. Inside the building, there are big and small spaces with various

Through the dedication service,
Mother gave Her thanks to not only the members who worked hard to dedicate the new temple, but also to the members from the nearby churches who gathered their hearts to establish the new temple through prayers. Mother said, “A long period of patience and earnest prayers resulted in a very good temple,” and gave encouragement, saying, ”Let’s please Father by filling this gracious temple with good fruits without leaving any empty seats.”Through the sermon titled, “The People Who Know God and the New Covenant,” General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol delivered the message that only people who keep the new covenant can find the reality of the true God who gives eternal life. He said, “The kingdom of heaven is the place where God the Father and God the Mother dwell together (Mt 6:9; Gal 4:26). They Themselves have come to this earth in the flesh to let us know that fact by bringing the new covenant which is the truth that enables people, from the least of them to the greatest, to recognize God (Jer 31:31-34).”
To his request, “God has granted this new temple for us to preach this secret to our neighbors and all the people around the world who do not know God the Mother. Let’s fulfill our mission,” the members agreed assertively and showed their passion by saying, “We will preach the glory of God the Mother diligently so that we can fill this temple with the fruits who will become the gospel workers.”
One member who lives in Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu, said, “I’m so moved and happy that I cannot tell if I’m awake or dreaming. I’m very grateful to God for allowing us to dedicate this long awaited new temple and have the dedication service.” He also showed his determination, saying, “I’d like to go back to my original resolution and serve our members diligently with pleasure and thanks. Also I’d like to complete my God-given mission as a prophet by preaching the love of Mother to my neighbors.”
