Now the children of Jerusalem are streaming to Her along the highway to Zion. In this prophetic age, the Jecheon Church, which had solidified the foundation of truth since the early days of the Church of God, held a dedication service on May 11 to celebrate the expansion of Zion.

Mother offered a prayer of thanks to Father for granting Zion at this place where Heavenly Father’s footsteps had reached in the early days, and complimented the efforts of Her children who had displayed the glory of God as the salt and light in the community by preaching the words of life with patience even in hardships until the new temple was established. In addition, She blessed them, saying, “Saving souls is the greatest love of all. Put that love into practice and fi ll the Church with abundant good fruits, as protagonists of the prophecy, ‘If you obey God and follow all His commands, He will set you high above all the nations on earth’ (Dt 28:1).”

General Pastor Joo-Cheol Kim expressed his deep emotion about the consecration of the Jecheon Church which brought back old memories of the early days when he reclaimed the gospel, and he asked the members never to give up heaven whatever difficulties might befall them. Then he urged them, “Let us have confidence in the gospel, observing that the nations are coming to Heavenly Jerusalem according to the prophecy, and shine the light of Jerusalem’s glory all over the world.” He also desired that the Jecheon Church would become a pivotal place of evangelism by proclaiming the salvation of Heavenly Mother to all nations (Rev 2:26-27; Jer 3:17-18; Isa 60:1-3).

The Jecheon Church, which has a majestic appearance and provides a cozy and bright atmosphere inside like a mother’s embrace, is the biggest Church in Jecheon; it consists of a main worship hall which seats over 1,000 people, a small worship hall, an interpretation room and an accessory building for education. The members gave thanks to God for granting them a new nest, and pledged themselves to lead many souls to Zion by proclaiming the glory of Elohim more powerfully.
